POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Deposits
Any and every horse will be marked as available and shown to prospective buyers until full funds are in hand. Due to tire kickers, we no longer hold horses unless a PPE is scheduled. 50% non refundable deposit (unless PPE says the horse is not suitable for the intended job) holds the horse for 72 hours.
PPEs
PPEs must be scheduled within 3 days. There are a large number of equine vets in the area and one should be available during this timeframe.
Payment
Electronic payment is STRONGLY PREFERRED. We do take cash, venmo, cash app, or bank wire. Checks not accepted under any circumstances. Horse may not leave our property until all funds are in hand.
Horses for Sale
“Niki” is a coming four year old gelding.
Want something that you already know is safe enough to put your grandma/kid/teach lessons on but with some time and effort could also be athletic and cute enough to do the 2’6 locals? This is your guy.
Niki stands approximately 16.2/16.3 and is a LOVEBUG of a horse. He will shove his head into your hands and have you hold it and love on him.
Under saddle, he has great brakes, a snaffle mouth, and is more of what I’d call a push ride, he is not sensitive or hot in any way. He has the brain for foxhunting and loves trails, he crosses water and ditches and jumps small cross rails and logs with no problem. Niki has already been off property to school and show and is an all around chill guy.
Niki has clean legs and is a clean slate ready to finish in any direction. He has no vices. Stands, loads, ties. Front shoes, good feet.
He is priced at $6500 and is subject to increase as he gains experience.
